Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Pixxcel.

We at Pixxcel believe in 100% of our client satisfaction. If you are not happy with the work we are doing already, we allow each and every client of ours to ask for a refund (excluding ad cost) for the first 7 days. This refund will be NO QUESTIONS ASKED and will be initiated within 24 hours from our side.

After the 7th day, if you are asking for a refund, 80% of the cancellation fees will be reduced.

The majority of refunds are returned via the original payment method and rest will be returned via Direct Bank Transfer.

How to Request a Refund
You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team. You can also raise a refund request by emailing to our support at info@pixxcel.net with a subject “Requesting for a Refund”.
When you submit a refund request, your each and every campaign managed by us will be paused instantly.

We also offer a “Cancel Anytime Policy” to each and every client of ours so that if they don’t want to get locked-in in a contract for a longer time, they can easily cancel it at a “30 Day Advance Notice”.
For Example, If a client signs a contract with us for 3 months and after 1 month, some emergency comes inn to them, then they can simply cancel the contract without worrying about anything. 

When you submit a cancellation request, your each and every campaign managed by us will be paused after completing the following month.

Kindly Note: Refunds are only applicable to Agency Services and for our educational segment, we offer execution-based refunds that too for the first 7 days.

In rare case, we might adjust your purchase amount to some other courses if required.
