Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Pixxcel.

We at Pixxcel believe in 100% of our client satisfaction. If you are not happy with the work we are doing already, we allow each and every client of ours to ask for a refund (excluding ad cost) for the first 7 days. This refund will be NO QUESTIONS ASKED and will be initiated within 24 hours from our side.

After the 7th day, if you are asking for a refund, 80% of the cancellation fees will be reduced.

The majority of refunds are returned via the original payment method and rest will be returned via Direct Bank Transfer.

How to Request a Refund
You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team. You can also raise a refund request by emailing to our support at info@pixxcel.net with a subject “Requesting for a Refund”.
When you submit a refund request, your each and every campaign managed by us will be paused instantly.

We also offer a “Cancel Anytime Policy” to each and every client of ours so that if they don’t want to get locked-in in a contract for a longer time, they can easily cancel it at a “30 Day Advance Notice”.

For Example, If a client signs a contract with us for 3 months and after 1 month, some emergency comes in to them, then they can simply cancel the contract without worrying about anything. 

When you submit a cancellation request, your each and every campaign managed by us will be paused after completing the following month.

Kindly Note: Refunds are only applicable to Agency Services and for our educational segment, there is no refund policy whether it’s a “Token Amount” or “Full Amount”

IMPORTANT: Access to any of our educational segment whether it’s Paid Ads Dominator or Agency Dominator Package will only be given if the amount is fully paid. Any amount less than the actual amount will be treated as “TOKEN AMOUNT” or “RESERVATION AMOUNT” which do not give any access to the main content.

Reservation Amount or Token Amount confirms your spot for some bonuses or discounted offerings if any

In rare case, we might adjust your purchase amount to some other programs if required.
